1. Check your Outlook / Outlook Express settings:
– Open Outlook / Outlook Express
– Click Tools -> Accounts
– Click the Mail tab: you will see the list of configured email accounts.
– For more information and configuration of each email account, double-click on an email account.
– Click (highlight) additional or duplicate email accounts that are not in use and click the Delete button (right).
– Click the tabs General, Servers, Advanced, and check your Outlook settings.
- Check the spelling of the account settings

- Passwords are case-sensitive
Make sure CAP LOCK is not enabled; passwords are case-sensitive. - Do you have an email with a blocked in your outbox?

- If you can send but can not receive:
